Shipping policy
At Eonia, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are pleased to offer free standard worldwide shipping through our trusted carrier, PostNL.
Processing Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 pm CET will be processed and shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CET will be processed and shipped within two working days.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders within Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg typically arrive within 2 working days. Orders to the rest of Europe can take between 3-6 working days for delivery. For the rest of the world, the delivery time depends on your geographic position and may take up to 2 weeks for the least served countries.
Shipping Provider:
We work exclusively with PostNL to deliver all of our packages. This allows us to ensure consistent delivery times and high-quality service for our customers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the PostNL website.

Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
