Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours after placement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and a summary of your purchase details. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped the next working day. For Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2 working days. For the rest of Europe: 3-6 working days.For test of the world: delivery time depends on your geographic position and may take up to 2 weeks for the least served countries.
How to track my order?
